Brothers create fundraiser to support family of fallen Beta Lambda brother

The family, friends and fiance of Jimmy Meyers, Beta Lambda (Tampa), are heartbroken after the 26-year old was taken from them way too soon.

Here’s how you can help.

This tragedy happened last weekend when Jimmy went to Vermont to snowboard. He was on the slopes at Killington with a group of friends when police say he went off the trail and hit a tree.

His friends say he was the most caring and genuine person they knew, who would have done anything for anyone.

Jimmy was engaged to a beautiful, sweet girl named Carissa and they had recently bought a house together. Now friends are coming together to raise money for both Carissa and Jimmy’s family to help with funeral expenses and the very difficult road ahead.

Those that were closest to Jimmy say he had an infectious laugh and a great future ahead of him. He was working towards a Masters Degree but, more that that, he was a loving son, fiance, brother, and friend. If you would like to make a donation online to help the family, CLICK HERE.
