Inspirational Delta Rho brother to compete in Ironman World Championships.

Written by

Michael Levine, Delta Rho (Southern California) will compete in the Ironman World Championships as the "Inspirational Special Interest Story Ambassador," despite his continued fight with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer.

Mike, a two-time Ironman finisher, aims to inspire others that they can still meet their goals despite significant obstacles. "I believe that [the race] can provide hope and inspiration to others that are dealing with this illness that they can still seek out their goals."

The Ironman World Championships include a 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike ride, and 26.2-mile run. He will be competing in Kona, Hawaii, on October 14.
